Research Assistant Animal Nutrition recruitment in Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (KVASU) purely on daily wage basis

1.Research Assistant/1  Post

Project: Identification and assessment of nutritive value of herbal by products for feeding of livestock (RSP/15-16/I-5)

Qualification: M.V.Sc in Animal Nutrition / M.Sc.in Bio-chem/ Biotech /Microbiology
In the absence of the above, candidates with B.V.Sc& A.H/ B.Sc.(Chemistry)/B.Sc.(Botany)/ B.Sc. (Zoology), will be considered

2.Research Assistant/1  Post

Project: Preliminary screening studies on feed, fodder and biological samples from livestock across Kerala for possible lead and cadmium contamination (RSP/15-16/II-8)

Qualification: M.V.Sc/ B.V.Sc/ M.Sc.( Life Sciences)
            
3. Research Assistant/1 Post
 
Project:Transcriptome profiling in Malabari goat exhibiting feed conversion efficiency at different levels of protein (RSP/15-16/V1-3)
 
Qualification:MVSc graduates or M.Sc. Biotech graduates/ equivalent. Expertise in RT-PCR is preferable

In case of absence of candidates with above qualifications B.V.Sc & A.H graduates can also be considered.

Note:  Research Assistant engaged on daily wage basis will not have any preferential claim in the University service other than the right to receive remuneration of Rs.750/- per day, subject to a monthly ceiling of Rs.18,000/- (Rupees Eighteen Thousand only). This engagement is purely provisional and it will be terminated when the project period is over.
