Job Description
- This role is focussed on maintaing existing client relationships and growing our footprints and new revenue streams.
- This role will work closely with the B2B Clients like Retailers/Wholesalers/Dealers through telephonic communication.
- This person will be responsible for managing B2B Buyer base across India over the phone.
- Generating business for new accounts and have the capability to drive and lead customer relationships in existing accounts.
- Escalate customer issues,process anomalies and pain points in a timely manner to seniors.
