Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager (KAM) / Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage key client relationships, ensure excellent service delivery, and act as the bridge between customers and internal teams. This role is critical for client retention, revenue growth, and smooth coordination across stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities-
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Act as the single point of contact for assigned key accounts.

Understand client needs and provide customized logistics solutions.

Coordinate with internal operations, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless service delivery.

Handle escalations and resolve client issues promptly.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

Analytical mindset with experience in preparing MIS/reports.
