Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Key Account Manager (KAM) to oversee and grow key customer accounts in high-priority industry sectors. The role involves managing relationships with top-tier clients, identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both account management and driving new sales through upselling and cross-selling.
This position requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of B2B sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:

Identify and manage key customer accounts across targeted industry sectors.

Serve as the main point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

Forecast sales and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Industry and Market Development:

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Collaboration and Reporting:

Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, operations, support) to deliver seamless service to clients.

Ensure contract compliance, timely renewals, and follow-ups on outstanding issues.
