Job Description

Job Responsibilities: 
 • Acquire, onboard, and manage Enterprise customers (BPOs, Call Centers, Corporates) for Voice services. 
 • Build and maintain long-term business relationships with decision-makers at enterprises. 
 • Drive revenue growth by offering Voice termination, hosted PBX, SIP trunking, and call center solutions. 
 • Identify and pursue new opportunities for domestic and international enterprise voice traffic. 
 • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding, configuration, and service delivery. 
 • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize profitability. 
 • Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and pipeline updates for management. 

 Key Requirements: 
 • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Enterprise Sales / BPO Onboarding (Voice/Telecom industry). 
 • Strong network of enterprise/BPO customers with the ability to bring live traffic quickly. 
 • Deep understanding of Voice solutions for enterprises (SIP Trunks, Hosted PBX, Call Center Services). 
 • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 
 • Self-driven and target-oriented with a strong focus on revenue generation. 
 • Ability to work independently and handle end-to-end customer onboarding.
