Key Account Manager – Ecommerce

Looking for a results-driven Ecommerce Account Manager to manage and scale business across Myntra, Reliance JioMart & Decathlon A/c’s.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end revenue growth for assigned platforms.

• Drive improvements in sales, traffic, and conversion rates.

• Manage catalog, pricing, and inventory replication/availability

• Collaborate with platform category teams for visibility & growth initiatives.

• Track competition and identify new business opportunities

KPIs

• Revenue growth

• Conversion Rate

• Traffic Growth

• Primary & Secondary Sales growth

• Catalog / Inventory Replication Speed

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years in ecommerce / marketplace roles

• Strong working knowledge of Excel (formulas, data analysis)

• Exposure to Myntra / JioMart / Decathlon preferred

• Strong analytical & stakeholder management skills

CTC

• As per industry + performance incentives
