Responsibilities and Duties

You must

• Be a female educator with at least 2 years of teaching experience. Experience of working in a residential school will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of a child's development and growth
• Exhibit a personality that demonstrate enthusiasm and interpersonal skills to relate well with students, staff, administration, parents and community
• Participate in curriculum and program development, and in the selection of material and equipment to support instruction
• Assess and diagnose the learning, social and emotional needs and styles of the students and plan & adjust the learning experiences accordingly
• Have creative and innovative tools, ideas and methods to enhance learning outcomes of the students
• Be well versed with role and use of technology in teaching learning methodologies
• Be willing to reside in campus and fulfil responsibilities related to holistic development of the resident girl-students.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• At least Bachelor degree in any stream
• Must have B.Ed. or NTT or Montessori or equivalent professional qualification
• Tech-savvy
• Preferable to have residential/boarding school experience
