Job Description
Wanted young, energetic female graduates with a passion for teaching and having good English communication skills for a reputed preschool in Kazhakuttom, Thiruvananthapuram. Candidates with prior experience in teaching or having Teacher's Training degree/diploma are preferable but not compulsory.Responsibilities and Duties:
* Manage a class of about 15-20 children
* Follow the existing curriculum on a daily basis.
* Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students varying needs and interests.
* Prepare classroom and materials required for class activities.
* Organize and lead activities designed to promote physical, mental and social development, such as games, arts and crafts, music, storytelling and field trips.
* Teach basic skills such as colour, shape, personal hygiene, social skills etc.
* Meet with parents to discuss their children's progress and needs, determine their priorities for their children and suggest ways to promote their learning and development.
Work Timing: 8:45 AM to 2:15 PM
