Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Planning and Instruction:

Develop and implement a balanced and age-appropriate curriculum that fosters creativity, cognitive development, and early learning skills in young children.

Plan lessons and activities that promote literacy, numeracy, motor skills, and social development (e.g., reading, writing, drawing, simple math concepts, songs, and games).

Use a variety of teaching methods such as storytelling, hands-on activities, and educational games to engage children in the learning process.

Classroom Management:

Create a safe, welcoming, and organized classroom environment that encourages students to participate and learn.

Set clear expectations for behavior and manage conflicts or disruptions in a calm and constructive manner.

Foster positive relationships among students and between students and teachers, encouraging cooperative and respectful behaviors.

Individualized Attention:

Assess the developmental needs and progress of each child and adjust lessons accordingly to meet individual learning styles and abilities.

Provide one-on-one support and encouragement to children who may require extra help with learning, social skills, or emotional development.

Social and Emotional Development:

Teach essential social skills such as sharing, taking turns, listening to others, and expressing emotions in healthy ways.

Help children build self-confidence, self-regulation, and a sense of responsibility.

Support children in developing friendships and cooperation, guiding them through conflicts or misunderstandings as needed.

Communication with Parents and Guardians:

Regularly update parents on their child’s progress, achievements, and areas for improvement through meetings, newsletters, and reports.

Regularly observe and assess students' progress in areas like language development, motor skills, cognitive abilities, and social behaviors.

Maintain detailed records of students' progress, participation, and behavior.

Professional Development:

Continuously seek to improve teaching methods and stay up to date with the latest trends in early childhood education.
