Job Description

Chefs and head cooks typically do the following:

Check freshness of food and ingredients
Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and other food preparation workers and in taking care of Preparing Restaurant's Signatures Dishes.
Develops new recipes and determine how to present the food
Plan menu and ensure uniform serving sizes and quality of meals
Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas for cleanliness and functionality
Hire, train, and supervise cooks and other food preparation workers
Order and maintain inventory of food and supplies
Monitor sanitation practices and follow kitchen safety standards.

Pastry Chefs JD

Preparing a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread etc. following traditional and modern recipes

Creating new and exciting desserts to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers

Decorating pastries using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting.
