Position Overview
We are hiring energetic, hardworking, and reliable Kitchen Helper and Cleaner for our 8 branches across Bangalore. The role involves assisting in kitchen operations, food preparation, order packing, and maintaining cleanliness.
This is an excellent opportunity for male and female candidates who are willing to learn, committed to teamwork, and ready to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Prior experience in food handling, packing, or kitchen assistance is preferred but not mandatory — on-the-job training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
1. Kitchen Assistance

Help chefs and cooks with basic food preparation tasks such as cutting, chopping, and arranging ingredients.

Assist in assembling and preparing food orders as per the menu.

Ensure all food items are handled hygienically and safely.

Follow kitchen guidelines and instructions provided by supervisors and senior staff.
2. Food Order Packing

Read and understand food order slips carefully.

Pack food items neatly, ensuring accuracy and proper labeling.

Maintain consistency and speed while preparing multiple orders.

Handle takeaway and delivery orders efficiently to avoid delays.
3. Cleaning & Hygiene Maintenance

Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, workstations, and storage areas.

Wash utensils, kitchen equipment, and other tools as per hygiene standards.

Dispose of kitchen waste properly and keep the workplace organized.

Follow food safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe cooking environment.
4. Inventory & Stock Support

Assist in receiving and arranging kitchen stock, ingredients, and supplies.

Check the quality of raw materials before usage.

Inform the kitchen supervisor about low stock or damaged items.

Help in maintaining proper storage of food items to prevent spoilage.
5. Teamwork & Coordination
-
Work closely with chefs, kitchen supervisors, and fellow staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Support teammates during peak hours and manage workload effectively.

Report any kitchen-related issues immediately to the supervisor.

Maintain professional behavior and a positive work attitude at all times.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical / Job-Related Skills:

Basic knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, and order packing (preferred but not mandatory).

Ability to read and understand food orders and instructions.

Awareness of food safety and hygiene practices.
Soft Skills:
