Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation Support

Assist chefs and cooks in cutting, chopping, peeling, and washing vegetables & ingredients.

Prepare basic food items such as salads, sauces, and garnishes.

Maintain proper food storage and handling practices.
Kitchen Cleaning & Hygiene

Wash and clean utensils, plates, and kitchen equipment.

Maintain cleanliness in the cooking area, floors, and countertops.

Dispose of food waste properly and follow sanitation guidelines.
Stock & Inventory Management

Help in unloading and storing kitchen supplies and ingredients.

Inform the chef or kitchen supervisor about low stock or expired items.

Keep refrigerators and storage areas clean and organized.
Other Kitchen Duties

Assist in plating and serving food as required.

Follow kitchen safety procedures to prevent accidents.
