Job Description
Room and food will be given by the company,
4 week offs in month ,
Training will be provided by our expert trainers.
Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation Assistance
-
Wash, peel, cut, and prepare vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients.

Assist in basic cooking tasks under the supervision of chefs.

Support in preparing South Indian dishes, bakery items, and cold & hot kitchen recipes.

Portion and arrange ingredients before cooking and service.

Kitchen Maintenance & Hygiene
-
Ensure cleanliness and sanitization of kitchen utensils, equipment, and workstations.
-
Maintain proper storage of raw materials and prepared items.
-
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Support in Service & Cooking
-
Assist in plating and garnishing dishes as per chef’s instructions.
-
Refill food stations, bakery counters, and cold & hot sections as required.
-
Transport prepared dishes and ingredients between different sections.

Inventory & Supplies
-
Inform supervisors when stock levels are low.
-
Help in unloading and storing kitchen supplies.
-
Ensure ingredients are properly labeled and stored to avoid spoilage.

Skills & Competencies Required
-
Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Physical stamina to stand for long hours and perform manual tasks.

Eagerness to learn cooking and bakery skills from senior chefs.
