About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead and manage our kitchen operations. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for food and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure consistent food quality and hygiene.
• Follow and enforce kitchen SOPs and FSSAI standards.
• Manage kitchen staff, schedule shifts, and provide training.
• Monitor inventory, coordinate with procurement, and control food costs.
• Ensure timely preparation and presentation of all menu items.
• Work with the culinary team to introduce and test new dishes.
• Coordinate with delivery/front-end teams and resolve kitchen-related issues.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in kitchen or food production management.
• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts is preferred.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations (FSSAI).
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of cost control and kitchen budgeting.
• Fluency in Tamil and English is a major plus
