Job Description
The team Causality Biomodels is searching young researchers for strengthening our team in biological data integration, knowledge curation and terminology management/development.
Scientific research and development work in the company focuses on the following areas:

- Terminology management in the field of biomedicine and medical informatics.
- Construction and use of ontologies and terminologies in projects.
- Building knowledge graphs and computable disease models.
- Biological data curation.
- Information extraction from scientific sources.
- Successfully completed master’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, Microbiology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology or Biotechnology. M.tech and B.tech graduates may also apply, provided they have a strong interest in cellular and molecular biology of diseases.
- Knowledge of neurodegenerative or psychiatric disorders is an advantage, but not required.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate in international projects with industrial and academic partners.
- Very strong English skills (verbal and written).
- The academic record of scientific publications is a plus.
- Willingness to publish research results in journals and represent research and development work at international conferences and workshops.
- Your personal strengths include initiative and dedication.
- Ability to quickly familiarize yourselves with new problems and tasks as well as formulate solutions.
- Systematic, independent and result-oriented working methods.
- A high degree of flexibility, teamwork and communication skills.
