Job Overview
We are looking for a KYC and Address Verification Executive to handle Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation, background verification, and address validation. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, have experience in document verification, field visits (if required), and compliance checks, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. KYC Verification & Documentation
- Collect and verify customer identity documents (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, etc.).
- Authenticate financial documents, bank statements, and proof of address.
- Ensure all KYC applications comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
2. Address Verification (Physical & Digital)
- Conduct on-site visits to verify customer addresses (if applicable).
- Cross-check provided addresses with utility bills, rental agreements, or other official records.
- Maintain detailed reports and verification status updates.
3. Fraud Detection & Compliance
- Identify suspicious or fraudulent applications and escalate them as needed.
- Ensure compliance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and RBI/SEBI/FIU guidelines.
- Report discrepancies or mismatches in customer information.
4. Customer Interaction & Support
- Contact customers for missing or additional documents.
- Guide applicants through the KYC submission process.
- Maintain accurate logs of interactions and verification outcomes.
