Job Description

In this work you have to help customers doing KYC work and have to promote the brand the brands which have high value in market want more and more customers we have to promote those brands only and help customers to successfully doing KYC on these companies

Position Overview:

We are looking for a KYC and Brand Promotion Executive to assist customers in completing the Know Your Customer (KYC) process while actively promoting high-value brands. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, customer handling experience, and the ability to explain the benefits of the brand to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer KYC Assistance

Guide customers through the KYC process, ensuring all documents are submitted correctly.
Verify and validate customer identity as per company and regulatory guidelines.
Resolve customer queries related to KYC and documentation.

2. Brand Promotion

Promote high-value brands and explain their features, benefits, and offers to customers.
Encourage more customers to engage with and sign up for the brand’s services.
Conduct field visits, digital outreach, or face-to-face interactions for promotion.

3. Customer Engagement & Support

Build strong customer relationships by providing seamless assistance.
Address and resolve any customer doubts or concerns about KYC or the brand.
Maintain records of customer interactions and KYC completions.

4. Compliance & Reporting

Ensure all KYC processes comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain proper documentation and submit regular reports on KYC completions and brand promotion progress.
