Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES FOR BACK OFFICE: -

Maintaining & updating sheets on daily basis and send to directors email id’s for starting the service, Looking after the activities of Adding, Modifying & deleting the services.
Taking the confirmation from paid clients before starting the services.
Taking information regarding the services whether client is knowing or not.
Have to check with the client about the working strategy of our calls & KYC formalities client has done or not, Have to inform about Company Terms & Privacy Policy.
Successful dealing of issues faced by the back office team.
Data updation and management, updation and verification .
