KYC Operations Analyst
Job Description
Responsibilities
● Serve as the primary point of contact for bankers in completing documentation related to KYC, account renewals, and/ or assigned projects
● Assist with assessing documentation requirements for client legal entities and liaise with internal Compliance personnel on the application of KYC policy
● Contact client personnel to obtain KYC information and documentation
● Review and evaluate recent news related to clients
● Interact with parent and subsidiary companies and product sales and service on AML-related risk issues
● Coordinate with account operations on account maintenance issues
● Prepare client-specific KYC-related analyses, as required
● Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision
● Can exercise independence of judgment and autonomy
● Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members
● Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding TASKMO, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
Desirable
● Relevant Financial Services, Project Management and/or AML qualification
● Commercial acumen
● Ability to develop and nurture relationships
● Knowledge of regulatory developments driving the industry
Experience Required
● 0-2 years of experience in banking/ FINTECH/ KYC domain
● Preferred profiles - Experience in Banking Sector
Education
● Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
