L1/L2 Desktop Support Associate
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:-
- Basic Technical knowledge of PCs.
- Technical knowledge of Operating Systems like Windows 7 / 8.1/ 10.
- Basic Knowledge of MS Outlook troubleshooting, Internet & Networking.
- Good Technical knowledge of hardware, software & Switches, and ADSL Modem.
- Strong problem-solving skills are required.
- Must have the ability to learn new skills and keep current with rapidly changing information technology.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to work effectively with all employees.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Build and install PCs, telephone systems, wireless networks, and peripheral devices (such as printers, scanners, mobile/smart phones) related to desktop infrastructure, in accordance with department standards
- Maintain installed PCs, networks, telephone systems, and peripherals with routine maintenance
- Identify, log, and resolve technical problems with software applications or network systems
Identify potential changes and system improvements to present to senior team leaders for consideration and implementation
Create, maintain, and distribute reports of progress to senior leadership
Installation and Software Support on Anti-virus software, Email Client (Outlook),MS Edge, Chrome & other Business Critical Applications.
Good Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems & Chrome Operating Systems.
Good knowledge of Cloud Drives.
Basic Knowledge of VPN.
Basic knowledge of FTP.
