As a L1/L2 Support engineer, you will help to solve technical issues. You must be able to communicate technical issues to clients and developers. You will Review initial requirement provided in ticket, screen, triage and assign to proper queue and owner, reproduce issue if possible.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Strong working experience on Linux/Unix
- Exposure to programming languages (e.g. Python, Java).
- Basic Scripting knowledge (Perl, shell, bash etc.)
- Basic Knowledge on blue cloud, Kubernetes, SoftLayer
- Understanding Jira and GitHub
- A preferred plus if they have some experiences with databases
