Job Description

Job Title: L1 Sales Executive
Location: Kharadi, Pune
Salary: ₹28,500 CTC to ₹40,000
Shift: Rotational Shift (Day shift for females until 9 PM; Rotational for males)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Executive (L1) with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. The ideal candidate should be Veti 6 certified, fluent in English and Hindi, and capable of handling customer interactions effectively. Candidates with insurance experience and strong sales acumen will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers and provide relevant sales solutions.
Maintain high standards of customer service and relationship management.
Meet and exceed sales targets within assigned deadlines.
Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions.
Work in rotational shifts as per company requirements.

Requirements:

Certification: Veti 6 certification is mandatory.
Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi skills. No Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) or Regional Tongue Influence (RTI), and no grammatical or pronunciation errors.
Education: Graduate in any field.
Writing Skills: Strong Hindi writing skills are essential.
Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
Preferred: Candidates with insurance experience and strong sales skills.
