Key Responsibility
- Act as a primary solution provider to Client w.r.t order processing, item setup issues, troubleshooting, and monitoring of item feed via email.
- Work proactively towards adhering to TAT and providing superior customer service.
- Proven Customer service experience preferred, and knowledge of JIRA, Confluence and Sales Force an added advantage.
- Graduate in any stream.
