Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and standard software applications.Respond to service requests and incidents via ticketing systems, emails, or phone calls.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network connectivity, VPN, and remote access.Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation.Perform regular system updates, patches, and security configurations.Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth functioning of IT infrastructure.Assist in onboarding/offboarding employees with IT equipment setup.Provide support for video conferencing tools and meeting room technology.Maintain compliance with IT policies, procedures, and best practices. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).1–3 years of experience in desktop support or a similar technical role.Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and networking basics.Hands-on experience with imaging, troubleshooting, and deploying PCs/laptops.Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Freshservice).Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities.
