Job Description:
- Mentoring L1 s resources on any issues and process related queries.
- Undertaking of resolution of Service Incidents and requests that cannot be handled by L1 resource (non-standard tasks where work instructions are not available)
- Based on the individual technical skill can take-up SME task.
- Support L1 team for Patching for Windows servers, Linux servers.
- Ensuring SLA adherence on all ticketing tools.
- Critical Server Hardening/ Server onboard validations.
- AV validations.
- Configuration and development of Access management work instructions based industry best practices.
- Has to follow instruction provided by Managers/Leads/SME
- Adherence to guidance provided senior leads and managers. Following process documentation.
- Preparing & validating any reports as necessary.
Azure Skills:
- Public Cloud build blocks, compute, backup, storage, network and disaster recovery.
- Designing and Managing on Production Environment
- Exposure and experience on Azure Backup
- 24 7 Support and On Call Support
Work Experience:
- Should have 3-6 Years experience on undertaking Server Administration and Support
- Exposure to Cloud Support Technologies and Platforms would be beneficial
