Location : Noida
Job Description:
- Talent should be a BE/BTech/BSc/BCA Graduate with IT Background.
- Should have any of the Linux Certifications (Red Hat System Engineer / Administrator)
- Software and firmware up-gradation of products, resolving issues through remote sessions.
- Proper updations and input in CRM Tasks after each call closures. Preparing and maintaining job tasks tracking in Google sheet.
- Coordinating and ensuring the complaint resolutions with Field Engineers/CMG Managers/Regional Heads.
- Should be excellent in Hardware Technical part of Desktop Peripherals.
- Must be able to diagnose & troubleshoot the problems.
- Should be a smart and quick issue resolver.
- Should have minimum 2 years of experience in similar role as TSE/System Engineer.
