Job Description

Lab Assistant recruitment in Indian Agricultural Research Institute on contractual basis

Project : Allelic variations for Kernel Row Number (KRN) and Cob Length (CL) genes in subtropical maize (Zea mays L.) germplasm and their utilization in developing high yielding maize hybrids.

Essential: 10+2 pass from recognized board .

Desirable: Experience in pollination of maize plants (minimum 2 years), seed preparation, single plant tagging, leaf-sample fixation for DNA isolation, plant harvesting, data recording, Computer knowledge
