Lab In-charge Cum Quality Assurance Jobs Opening in Exemplar Cordage LLP at Ranchi
Job Description
1) Oversees daily Lab Operations and Maintain the Laboratory Quality System
2) Conduct In-process quality monitoring and Final Inspection
3) Maintain records of passed or failed final products in final inspection and prepare the corrective action plan
4) Maintain Records of Quality Complaints and CAPA implemented in production process to avoid future complaints
5) Implement and Maintain records for Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ)
6) Incoming Raw Material inspection and conformity report to be maintained and recorded
7) Handle ISO related Audits, Documentation and Procedures
8) Lead investigations of Customer Complaints regarding Quality
9) Maintain Record of all BIS related standards of existing products
10) Explore International Standards of existing products & NPD to explore the benefits of applying for those licenses
11) Acquire BIS and International Licenses for products approved by top management
12) Conduct In-Process and Final Inspections and maintain daily records
13) Team building and Execute the plan and iterate till the quality objective is achieved
14) Develop Quality Control Process and Waste Reduction
15) Design Product Specifications and meet Customer Requirements
16) Establish & maintain Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), One Point Standard (OPS)
17) Follow & maintain 5W2H, Why Why Analysis, Gemba Evaluation
18) Oversees daily Lab Operations and Maintain the Laboratory Quality System
19) Perform Analytical and practical Tests in the Laboratory
20) ISO Audits as per rules from time to time
21) Monthly coordination to ensure all ISO related records/documents are up-to-date for all departments between 15th and 25th of each month
