Experience Required :6 - 8 years

Relevant Experience Required :6 - 8 years

Experience working on cyber security, privacy and risk management initiatives

Support research/development security agendas as they relate to the protection of corporate assets, connectivity and critical apps/infrastructure

Promote research/development capabilities run out of Labs/ODC's

Generate plans, proposals, budgets, and strategy for cyber security programs, applications and issues

Provide scientific and technical advice for cyber security issues

Present briefings and instruction to technical audiences, leadership and sponsors on cyber security issues, research, and programs

Maintain awareness and understanding of open cyber security research, best practices and work arounds

Incorporate group level security policies at operating company level

Lead big organizational and technical change

Ability to effectively and collaboratively identify and synchronize security interdependencies

Experience working with geographically distributed teams

Experience leading technical cross-functional programs and championing delivery success

Ability to think both strategically and tactically with great creative problem-solving skills

Experience coaching and mentoring engineering leadership on relevant security projects & programs

CISSP Certification mandatory (cleared)
