- Minimum of 2 to 4 years relevant hands-on experience in high precision injection molding.
- Processing issue resolution for successful molding trials of new tools.
- Preventive maintenance of equipment's in molding shop or Injection mold making tool room experience.
- Injection Molding & Issue Resolution skills
- In-depth plastic materials knowledge.
- Plastic part design, tool design & mold filling simulation skills.
- Polymer processing & secondary oprs
- Polymer materials & analytical testing
- Design & Predictive Engineering,
- Tool & Die making or Tool maintenance
- Part testing & measurement.
