Job Description
Perform Laboratory Tests: Conduct experiments and tests on samples, such as blood, tissue, chemicals, or environmental substances.
Analyze Results: Interpret and document findings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Maintain Equipment: Clean, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment.
Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to health, safety, and environmental guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Prepare Samples & Reagents: Collect, process, and store samples properly while preparing necessary chemical solutions.
Record & Report Data: Maintain detailed logs of experiments, test results, and procedures for quality assurance.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with scientists, researchers, and healthcare professionals to support studies and diagnoses.
Quality Control & Assurance: Ensure laboratory procedures meet quality and regulatory standards
Key Responsibilities:

Conducting Laboratory Experiments:

Assist in the preparation, setup, and execution of experiments under the supervision of senior lab staff or researchers.

Prepare materials, solutions, and reagents needed for experiments.

Monitor and record experimental data and results.

Perform routine lab tests and procedures (e.g., chemical analysis, microbiological testing, etc.) following established protocols.

Equipment Maintenance and Calibration:

Operate laboratory instruments and equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functioning.

Clean, maintain, and troubleshoot lab equipment as needed.

Ensure the proper storage of lab equipment and materials.

Keep inventory of laboratory supplies and order materials as needed.

Safety and Compliance:

Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Handle chemicals, biological materials, and other substances according to safety protocols.

Maintain proper documentation for safety procedures, including material safety data sheets (MSDS).

Dispose of hazardous materials in accordance with environmental and safety regulations.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for laboratory practices.

Data Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate and detailed records of experimental results, observations, and procedures.

Compile reports and present findings in an understandable format to senior researchers or supervisors.

Assist with the analysis and interpretation of data to support ongoing research or development projects.

Work closely with scientists, engineers, and other team members to ensure timely completion of lab experiments and projects.

Provide support to researchers in carrying out new experiments and protocols.

Stock Management and Inventory Control:
