Laboratory Assistant
Civil Engineering (Environmental Engineering)/ 01
Qualification/Experience: i. Master Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification in appropriate field with a minimum of 60% marks in the qualifying degree from a recognized University/Institute. OR Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks in the qualifying degree from a recognized University/ Institute with two years relevant experience. OR Three years Diploma in Civil Engineering (after 10+2) with a minimum of 60% marks in the qualifying degree from a recognized University/Institute with two years relevant experience in NABL/accredited laboratory or research facility. ii. Preference will be given to those who have at least 60% marks in all Boards/ University examinations or having work experience in NABL certified labs.

The Civil Engineering department requires one Laboratory Assistant, who will work in Environmental Engineering laboratory and help in conducting experiments/tests on water quality parameters such as pH, conductivity, hardness, BOD, COD, etc and air, noise quality monitoring.
Shortlisted candidates shall be called for Trade Test/Interaction evaluation. Mere qualifications may not ensure short-listing and Institute may apply higher than minimum cut off criteria to ensure reasonable number of candidates.
