Now the company needs some staffs as:
Require 4 persons as laboratory in-charge.
Post: Laboratory in-charge
You would be responsible for conducting various tests on rubber materials and products, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications, and potentially analyzing results and reporting findings.

Responsibilities:
Performing Physical Tests:
Tensile Strength: Measuring the maximum stress a rubber material can withstand before breaking.
Elongation: Determining the amount a rubber material can be stretched before breaking.
Hardness (Durometer): Measuring the resistance of a rubber material to indentation.
Tear Strength: Assessing the resistance of a rubber material to tearing.
Viscosity: Measuring the thickness and flow resistance of rubber compounds.
