Entering the details of the received specimens in the main register.
Performing the basic tests required for the specimens that are received.
Recording the test results in the register.
Collecting samples for both OP & IP in the hospital.
Transporting the samples collected to lab.
Giving instructions to the patient for special test regarding sample collection.
Performing basic routine lab tests.
Coordinating for sending samples to be tested in the outside labs.
Receiving and processing the specimens.
Generating lab investigation report for all OP & IP patients.
Typing and dispatching all the investigations to the respective areas.
Ensuring all the lab reports are typed and dispatched.
To follow critical result reporting policy register.
