Job Overview:
We are hiring labour/factory worker for a packaging unit located in Rani Bagh, Delhi. The job includes assisting in the packaging of goods, labeling, sealing, and organizing products for dispatch. This is a hands-on role for individuals who are hardworking, reliable, and interested in stable factory work.
Whether you are looking for your first job or already have experience in packaging or warehouse work, we welcome both freshers and experienced candidates. Those who perform well will also receive extra incentives and bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Packaging & Assembly Work:

Pack products neatly as per company standards

Count, sort, and prepare items for packing

Wrap, seal, and label packages carefully
2. Product Handling:

Handle finished goods with care
-
Place packed products in designated boxes or cartons

Ensure proper stacking and storage
3. Quality Checks:

Check for damaged or incorrect products before packing

Ensure cleanliness and neatness in the packaging area

Report any issues to the supervisor immediately
4. Warehouse Support (if required):

Assist in loading and unloading goods

Help with arranging items in shelves or storerooms

Support team members during bulk packaging
5. General Labour Work:

Maintain cleanliness at your work station

Follow safety instructions and company guidelines

Cooperate with team members and supervisors
