Industrial Relations: -
Disciplinary action related to various misconduct under Model Standing orders act –
Issue of show cause , charge sheet
Domestic inquiry and subsequent disciplinary action on delinquent workmen.
Grievance Handling: -
To solve floor level issues of workmen related to welfare facilities, working condition, etc.
Employee Engagement & Development: -
You have to handle various Development Schemes Like –
§ Suggestion Scheme, Kudos Club, Employee of the month,
Star Performer Award, QC Competition, etc
This related to production, quality, cost, working condition, etc.
Employee Communication: -
In-House Magazine – Apollo Frontline, (quarterly issue)
HR Corner and Notice Board
Statutory Compliances: -
Preparation of various reports for Govt. (F.I.O./Empl. Exchange / Labour Office / Apprentice / PF )
Contract Labour Management: -
Labour License Process
Maintain various records as per labour laws
Employee Motivation & Welfare: -
Sports day Celebration, Budgeting and planning the procurement matrix for various welfare items and ensuring timely disbursement of the same.
Recruitment: -
Interview arrangement, Selection procedure, joining formalities
Correspondence with HO: -
Send monthly reports, yearly report to HO and Maintain records as per requirements.

PBM Polytex Limited has 2 Cotton Spinning Unit one at Petlad, Anand Dist & other BLP Super Spinners, at Borgaon, (M.P.), 50 kms away from Nagpur is another 100% export oriented spinning unit set up by us in 1992, with latest generation of textile machineries.

Petlad is situated in the district territory of Anand, milk capital of India, and is easily accessible by road and rail. Petlad is also connected by road from Baroda (Vadodara), which is 55 kms, away and also from Ahmedabad, which is about 80 kms away.
