* Ensure all new hires' bank details/cards are shared to the vendor payroll team. Ensure badges are handed over to all new hires. Check NHs have access to AtoZ.
* Receive attendance from PxT team (sent to Vendor POC and WFS).
* Contact Day 1 No Shows to find out if they intend to start.
* Offboard No Shows - raise SIM ticket.
* Support PXT by acting as a main point of contact for schedule changes, shift extension, OT requirement, engagement etc.
* Ensure NHs understand performance to learning curve expectations.
* Hand over all NHs to L&D for Day 1 process path training.
