Job Description

Assessing clients: Perform fitness assessments to evaluate a client's fitness level and identify any muscular imbalances.
Creating exercise programs: Develop personalized exercise programs based on a client's goals and fitness level.
Leading sessions: Conduct one-on-one or small-group fitness sessions.
Demonstrating exercises: Demonstrate how to perform exercises and use equipment properly to minimize injuries.
Monitoring progress: Track a client's progress and make adjustments to their exercise program as needed.
Educating clients: Provide information on nutrition, lifestyle, and proper exercise techniques.
Enforcing safety: Explain and enforce safety rules and regulations, and perform CPR or emergency first aid if needed.
Maintaining equipment: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the workout area, and ensure equipment is in good working order.
Providing customer service: Create and maintain positive relationships with clients, and provide excellent customer service.
