Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Ladies Tailor to join our team and contribute to the creation of high-quality tailored garments. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on experience in ladies' tailoring, demonstrating proficiency in a variety of sewing techniques and garment construction. The Ladies Tailor will be responsible for interpreting design specifications, taking accurate measurements, and crafting garments that meet our clients' expectations.

Responsibilities:

Utilize expertise in ladies' tailoring to construct a variety of garments, including dresses, blouses, skirts, and other women's apparel.
Take accurate measurements of clients to ensure a perfect fit.
Conduct fittings and make necessary adjustments to garments to meet client specifications.
Interpret design sketches and create or modify patterns accordingly.
Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and apply this knowledge to pattern development.
Inspect finished garments for quality and adherence to design specifications.
Make necessary alterations and adjustments to meet quality standards.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and requirements.

Qualifications:

Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Ladies Tailor.
Proficiency in various sewing techniques and garment construction.
Strong knowledge of pattern development and modification.
Excellent measurement-taking skills and attention to detail.
Up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
