Job Description
A two years old Start up Agro Commodity company looking for a Lady Executive Assistant at its office at Bangalore.
1. Day to day follow up Purchase Order and generating Sales Invoice for the customers.2. Documentation of stock, packing materials and expenditure.3. To follow up payments with the customers and scheduling for supply.4. Coordination with the logistic companies for transport vehicles for smooth supply of merchandise to the customers5. Supporting the brand promotion effort.
