Job Role:

-Drafting in Autocadd of Landscape areas, turf areas, plants, trees, shrubs etc.

-Irrigation drawings.

-Physical Site Measurements

-Landscape area Detailing

-3D visualizations

Measurements and units knowledge is must have.

Civil, Architecture & landscape architecture freshers are welcome.

Responsibilities:

• Designing Landscape & Irrigation Infrastructure drawings with AutoCAD & PHOTOSHOP.

• Developing Structural & architectural details for Hard landscaping.

• Preparing WIR to inspect completed works at site.

• Preparing RFI with details from site.

• Preparing detailed drawings for monthly payment.

• Developing As-built drawings as per site condition.

• Draw up reports and contracts

• Write proposals and present them to clients

• Liaise with fellow architects, project managers, engineers, and surveyors

• Speak to locals and community members to gain insight

• Consider environmental factors, such as energy availability

• Prepare site plans and graphic representations of plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software

• Prepare cost estimates and oversee the project’s budget
