Good Knowledge of Laptop, Desktops hardware replacement & trouble shooting.

Operating System Installation, Support, Upgrade for Laptops, Desktops.

Performance Monitoring and Enhancement.

Move/ Add/ Change/ Up gradation/New Installation of Application Software and Hardware Support.

Basic LAN / Network related Support.

Help Desk support & management.

Printer Support.

Non-Comprehensive Support for IT Equipment’s.

Vendor Management.

Needs to have a sound knowledge of Windows OS\Microsoft Office Applications.

Good Communication.

Basically the person will be responsible for Laptop / Desktop activity, & Mail application like Outlook express

Assigned call attendance & report to helpdesk with closer details with Service Report.

Escalate to senior level if problem beyond scope.

Requirements

Qualification: Any Graduate - Any Specialization (Working in IT Background)
Location: Mumbai - Multiple Locations
Experience: Min 2-4 Years
