Job Description
ü L3 laptop chip level reapir and Servicing
ü BGA level Servicing laptop mother board
ü Good Knowledge on TAB , Laptop, Desktop Printer
ü Documentation of service complaints and assigning it to the service team member.
ü Document and escalate difficult issues.
ü Participate in meetings to improve productivity, resolve customer service issues and manage workload of team.
ü Assist with training of new employees within department.
