Job Description
- Should co-ordinate with Registrar of Corporative Societies & Chits Office.
- Should have knowledge on SARFAESI Act - 2002 (Securitization & Reconstruction of Financial Assets & Enforcement of Security Interest Act,2012) & Negotiable instruments Act, Chit Fund Act & Other laws.
- Liaising with our panel advocates and Preparing ABJ (Attachment Before Judgment), Notice, Order.
- Should check correctness of the award and recovery (RC) decree and Dispute Calculation (Memo) before filing dispute claim and attending warrants where ever necessary.
- Preparing execution petitions.
- For filing objections / Counter to be prepared (If needed).
- To see that the cause notice is also served.
- Dealing with the registrar of civil court to make all the Warrants (Arrest, Immovable, Movable& Salary) ready.
- Look after / Track appeals of the branches and prepare objections on the ground of appeal, with respect to High Court cases (WRIT PETITION) as well.
- Once in a week follow up with branches and take the process forward of the following:
- Cheque Bounce Cases : Follow up and execute summons / Non bailable warrant.
- Consumer cases : Filing of the objections.
- Branch visit : Visit branches whenever necessary and guide them on the necessary actions.
- Issue of timely legal notices & follow up regarding the reply.
