Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct legal research and analyze relevant case laws, statutes, and regulations
2. Assist in the preparation of legal documents, including briefs, contracts, and memos
3. Attend client meetings and hearings, taking detailed notes and providing summaries
4. Organize and maintain legal files, ensuring all documents are properly indexed and accessible
5. Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to prepare for trials and meetings
6. Assist with administrative tasks, such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and answering phone calls
7. Stay up-to-date with legal developments and contribute to the development of legal strategies
