Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Attend court hearings daily in the district courts of Delhi and the High Court of Delhi.
2. Work on the drafting of suits, applications, complaints, notices, and vetting daily.
3. Prepare questions for cross-examination under our legal guidance and mentoring.
4. Work on finding out legal loopholes to win the case in an adverse party case and assisting them in preparing the best possible case by drafting, evidence, and arguments.
5. Conduct legal research on legal issues with our guidance and nudging.
