Educational Qualification: Candidates applying for the post of Law Officer-Cum-Junior Draftsman must possess a Bachelor Degree in Law from a recognized University or Institution. However, the final year students of the Law degree course who are to appear for such final examination shall also be eligible to apply. Such candidates who are declared to have qualified by the Commission in the written competitive examination will have to produce original certificate / Mark-sheets of passing their degree examination issued by the Assistant Registrar/Registrar/Controller of examination/Vice Chancellor of the concerned University which will only be accepted by the Commission on or before the date of Interview/Viva-voce. Without the original certificate/Mark sheet, they shall not be allowed to appear in the Viva-Voce.

Pay Scale: INR (PB-3) Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs.5400/-

Age Limit: 18-30 years.

Selection Procedure: The eligible candidates will be required to appear in the Written Examination in the following Subjects followed by viva-voce/interview to be conducted by the Arunachal Pradesh Service Commission at Itanagar on the basis of which selection will be finalized.

Application Fee: The application forms for admission to recruitment examination of the above post can be obtained from the Office of Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission, Itanagar on all working days from 10.00 AM to 4.00PM up to 16.06.2017 on cash payment of Rs.100/- (Rupees one hundred) only for APST candidates and R160/-(Rupees one hundred sixty)only for General candidates. No separate examination fee in the form of Demand Draft/Treasury Challan will be required further along with the application. The examination fee has been included with the cost of the application form for convenience of the applicant.
