Lead Consultant – IT Lead Engineer 1

Minimum qualification
• BS/BA degree in technology related field or equivalent work experience
• Appropriate MS Qualifications
• ITIL v3 Foundation
Preferred qualifications
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving, you pay attention to the details and get to the Root causes.
- Articulating technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Lateral thinking, identifying opportunities to mitigate issues pending final solutions
- Stakeholder management – interfacing with internal staff at all levels, driving vendors to Engage and act.
- Excellent experience of the Microsoft stack – Windows 10 through Server, Office
- Expertise in PowerShell and Visual Basic
- Lenovo and Microsoft Laptops
