 We are looking for good candidates for Field Lead Engineer Process Engineering on behalf of our reputed client which is located in  Markal, Taluka Khed, Dist -Pune

v  Position –Lead Engineer Process Engineering

v  Reporting to- Design Head/ Managing Director

v  Qualification – BE Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering + MBA Preferably

v   Experience – 5 to 8 years

v  Industry Type- Manufacturing

v  Job Location –  Markal, Taluka Khed, Dist -Pune

v  Salary– up to 7 LPA

v  Weekly Off – Sunday

v  Preference will be given to immediate joiners

  Role, Responsibility & Skills:

v  Thermal & Mechanical Design. Preparing BOM and Cost estimates, Preparing Technical proposals for Heat Exchangers, WHRBs’.

v  Planning, preparation, review, and approval of pre-order and post-order designs, proposals, cost estimates, documentation, detailed engineering, and performance evaluation of projects

v   Knowledge management

v   On-Time Performance of the outputs to internal and external customers

v  Actively assist marketing &sales team and operations teams respectively in managing time, cost and quality

v  Participate in meetings with internal and external stakeholders as and when necessary.

v  Innovative approach to acquiring latest technologies/ technology tools/ continuous improvements/ standardization to the systems and internal design and engineering processes. Experience/ exposure in installation, commissioning and troubleshooting desirable

v  Strong technical and design expertise in the domain; Good business commercial acumen

v  Ability to deal with senior decision makers/ end users. Consultative approach to define customer needs

v   Good communication skills: verbal, written and presentation. Good listener, ready to evaluate/ adapt to suggestions

v   Well-read and abreast with the latest in relevant technologies

v  Strong team player
