Lead Generation Executive – IT Staff Augmentation (International Market)
Job Description
WeAssemble is hiring a Lead Generation Executive for its Prabhadevi, Mumbai office. This full-time, onsite role (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–6 PM) focuses on generating high-quality leads through research, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach, targeting international markets. Candidates must have minimum 1 year of proven experience in lead generation, preferably in IT services and outsourcing. Strong English communication skills, CRM familiarity, and the ability to meet weekly/monthly targets are essential. Education qualification required is 12th Pass or Graduate, with an age limit of 21 to 40 years. Both male and female candidates are welcome. The position offers a salary between ₹25,000–₹40,000/month based on experience. The role involves close collaboration with sales and marketing teams, developing market intelligence, and ensuring accurate CRM updates. Interviews will be conducted virtually.
